Wow, what great service! I read the other testimonials before I made my purchase. I also compared prices and couldn't find better! My dishes were sent out very quickly via Fed Ex. 2 of my bowls were broken and I wrote to the company. Becky answered my email within the hour and said no problem that the new bowls would be shipped out immediately, and she apologized for the inconvenience. I went to 6 stores and 3 shopping centers to try and find the plum... ------------ and ------ said they have discontinued it and my daughter is getting married in June - and she wanted some plum and of course will mix it with the other colors...I couldnt believe I found them on the internet.. "I just received the first part of my order today, and I am very pleased with it. I had called a little over a week ago, and spoke with Becky. I had asked if there are any sample tiles of the colors, as I was looking to match up specific colors to the fabric of my sun room furniture. Becky said that you do not have sample colors, but she was able to dig up a few broken pieces of the colors (cinnabar and rose) that I was interested in. The match was perfect! We placed an order for a 12 piece mixed place setting and a number of accessories this weekend, and the entire order arrived in perfect condition today (3 days later!)

Just got my order delivered this afternoon and am absolutely thrilled with all the pieces! Our local store wasn't of much help when I wanted to pick out place settings of certain colors they didn't have in the store. They said I better order from the Internet because they couldn't get them. So I found your site, read everything including the testimonials, and placed my wish list. Everything came in perfect condition in just 5 days. The colors are gorgeous and now I can hardly wait to host a meal for my family using all my new, and old, Fiesta. How do you do it? My recent order showed up early, was packed perfectly, all the items were present and accounted for, and I saved over $130 compared to local store prices. I kept waiting for the �gotcha�. But it was not to be.
